Monteverde Engineering & Design Studio conducted a Feasibility Analysis for property located along Rosser Ave. in Waynesboro, VA. Successful Land Planning efforts led to formal rezoning/entitlements of the property, which was followed by the preparation of a Civil Site Plan and construction documentation. A nearly 13 acre site where an abandoned school vacated in 2013 used to be has now been redeveloped for commercial mixed use. Developments of Sheetz, Popeyes, Chipotle, Aspen Dental and Take Five were developed as part of phase 1 of this land redevelopment.
