Slated to open in 2024, this new medical office building (MOB) will serve as the Valley Health hub for services within the Town of Strasburg, Virginia. The 15,400 of office space will house primary and urgent care, and shell space for future designation. Monteverde provided land planning, traffic services relating to access management, civil engineering, landscape architecture, structural engineering, and assistance in negotiation of off-site easements from neighboring property owners.
