Completed in 2023, this new Sheetz facility accommodates 16 fueling positions, greater than 6,000 SF of convenience center, and a quick-serve food order and pick-up lane. Monteverde provided entitlement efforts related to access management, civil site plan design, and landscape design for an enhanced buffer required by proffered conditions. Monteverde has continued to provide site engineering for regional Sheetz locations.
