Completed in 2023, this new Sheetz facility accommodates 16 fueling positions, greater than 6,000 SF of convenience center, and a quick-serve food order and pick-up lane. Monteverde provided entitlement efforts related to access management, civil site plan design, and landscape design for an enhanced buffer required by proffered conditions.
