Completed in 2022, the project consists of a new tru hotel by Hilton located in One Loudoun Virginia. It is an approximately 61,000 square foot five-story 125 room hotel. Monteverde Engineering & Design Studio provided the structural design for this Type 2B building to include foundations and cold-formed steel framing and X-braced shear walls.
