Originally built in 1930, this project consisted of the renovation of the existing 3-story, roughly 15,000 sf historical building located at 157 N. Main Street, Harrisonburg. Monteverde Engineering and Design Studio provided structural and civil services to provide market rate apartments on all floors including the basement, 1st floor (to include a loft/mezzanine), 2nd floor, 3rd floor and a mechanical roof well.
