Serving as the Hang 10 franchise’s first location, this car wash was completed in 2023 and includes a 120'-long tunnel, 20 vac stalls, two pay stations, and a bypass/escape lane. Monteverde provided assistance in development of franchise standards for site development, land planning, and civil site plan design. Since the first doors opened, Monteverde has continued to provide site engineering for regional Hang10 locations.
