Serving as the Hang 10 franchise’s first location, this car wash was completed in 2023 and includes a 120'-long tunnel, 20 vac stalls, two pay stations, and a bypass/escape lane. Monteverde provided assistance in development of franchise standards for site development, land planning, and civil site plan design.
