A redevelopment of land use, this project consists of eight brick buildings of 6,500 sf per building and is catered toward medical, retail, office, research, and development tenants. Monteverde Engineering & Design was enlisted by Jarrell Properties, Inc. to provide Site Plan rendering services to include 3D Modeling and Marketing Renderings and videos.
