The project consists of a new Comfort Inn and Suites hotel. It is an approximately 46,000 sf four-story 83 room hotel located in Winchester, Virginia. The structure is framed with cold-formed steel members, including elevated floors and roof. The floor framing consists of cold formed steel trusses, which was delegated to a specialty subcontractor. Monteverde was the Structural Engineer of Record for the project and worked closely with the contractor to ensure a successful project.
