Completed in the Spring of 2023, this new Tru hotel by Hilton, is an approximately 44,300 sf, five story 87 room hotel. Monteverde Engineering & Design Studio provided the structural design for this Type 3B hotel. The structure consisted of typical wood framed load-bearing wall, wood I-joist floors and roof, and CMU elevator shaft.
