Jack Navarrete is a Project Engineer with Monteverde Engineering & Design Studio. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from James Madison University. In his time at college, he began to develop an interest in civil/environmental engineering. Through a previous experience as a water resilience intern, he was introduced to the civil design process and had the opportunity to contribute to different types of civil design projects. He also learned about stormwater management facilities and had the opportunity to go out in the field and inspect these facilities for clients. So far at Monteverde, Jack has mainly designed erosion & sediment control plans, assembled SWPPP inspections, designed pipe networks, and completed necessary construction documents & plans for multiple projects. Outside of work, Jack enjoys watching and playing all types of sports (especially soccer), hanging out with his cats, reading, and adventuring with his friends and family.
